Looking across the road, one can make out the ruins
of Fort Churchill in the distance, less than a mile away as the crow flies.
|
There are several corrals and outbuildings on the opposite
side of the highway.
|
These outbuildings are facing the highway on the same
side as the large house

This unusual outbuilding looks like it was once a trailer
or wagon of some kind. Some suggest a box car on a narrow gauge railroad. This
view allows you to see the cavity under the front end, where it probably
swiveled on whatever was pulling it.
